CEE Rentals FAQs

  • The earlier you make a booking the better chance you have of your rental items being available. We suggest booking maximum numbers at first (meaning the max amount of equipment you think you’ll need), then fine-tuning and advising final numbers a week prior to your event.

  • We require 25% deposit of the total at the time of booking; and the remainder to be paid in full 1 week before we deliver.

    For bookings over $1,800, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

    If booking within 7 days of the event, full payment will be required.

  • Final payment in full is due 7 days before your delivery date. We will send you an invoice for you to pay online via our secured payment platform.

    We take major credit and debit cards. We also take Zelle payments.

  • No, we can deliver your order if it has been paid and you grant us permission to leave it with someone other than you. We require a name and contact of the person you leave in charge.

    Please ensure you entrust this person with the equipment as you will ultimately be responsible for safe-keeping.

  • Unfortunately not. We don’t allow for pick ups at this time.

  • Our 2 delivery windows are between 12p - 4p or 4p - 8p.

    Should you need your delivery at a specific time, we offer EXACT DELIVERY TIMING for an additional fee. This ensures that our crew will arrive when you need to fit your event timing.

  • At the initial time of booking we would have confirmed quantities that you ordered. Late changes are subject to availability. We require final numbers one week before to ensure your altered quantities are available and to allow us to re-rent out your equipment if you have decreased the numbers.

  • We’d be happy to rent you our equipment for an extended period of time. To get an accurate quote, please email us at info@ceerentals.com for more info.

  • No problem, these things happen, however we will need to charge for damaged, broken or missing items. We hold your credit card as security against damage, breakage or loss so please ensure that the hire props are secured when not in use and protected from the weather. You are responsible for all items while they are in your possession. Any items left at unattended premises remain your responsibility.

  • Yes, rentals need to be wiped before return to avoid additional cleaning charges.

    Rentals that are visibly dirty or dusty are subject to a cleaning fee that starts at minimum of $25.00 and additional charges for time and chemicals needed to do any deep cleaning on items that are very dirty.

    The payment will be taken off of your credit card that you initially paid with.
