Pricing depends on the event location, rental duration, delivery requirements, staffing needs and any custom branding or additional equipment requested. Submit your event details and we’ll build a quote around your setup.

The game itself has a relatively compact footprint, but we recommend allowing additional room for players, a waiting line and spectators. If you provide your floor plan or booth dimensions, CEE Rentals can help determine the best placement.

We typically need access to the event space before guest arrival, a nearby standard power source and a clear path for equipment load-in. For convention centers, hotels and larger venues, we can coordinate around dock access, freight elevators, loading windows and venue requirements.

Not always. Strike A Light can be operated as a straightforward self-guided game, but an attendant can be added when the event calls for line management, tournament play, leaderboard tracking or a more managed activation.

Outdoor use depends on the event setup, weather protection, flooring and access to reliable power. Covered environments are generally preferable. Send us the outdoor setup details and we can confirm whether the game is appropriate for the event.

Venue insurance requirements can be reviewed during the booking process. If your venue requires specific documentation, send those requirements to CEE Rentals in advance so they can be addressed before load-in.
